The Herren Project is a nonprofit organization focused on treatment, recovery and prevention of substance use disorder. They offer a variety of services free of charge. These include assistance with treatment placement, long-term recovery support for individuals and families, financial support for treatment programs and recovery housing as well as prevention education programs for schools and communities. The Herren Project was founded in 2011 by former professional basketball player, Chris Herren, who has been in long-term recovery since August 1, 2008. Although, we are not currently in contract with the Herren Project, Fellowship Apparel has chosen to use all of the money we raise for drug and alcohol addiction prevention to be donated to the Herren Project. We are currently working on a special collection for the Herren Project that will be donating 60% of the profits to them! We are also working on a full jewelry collection to raise money for their project. We have chosen the Herren Project because they scholarship individuals who do not have insurance or the means to get into drug and alcohol addiction treatment themselves. Chris Herren also speaks all over the nation in our schools trying to educate our youth about addiction!
